Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders and returns via our delivery partner.

Any pre-order items will have an expected delivery within 6 weeks. You will receive an email confirming delivery when dispatched. 

Duties & Taxes

We include the cost of duties and taxes in your order for most of the countries we ship to, to find out which countries we ship DDP (duties included) please check the list below. If a delivery is DDP the price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there are no additional delivery fees.

Duties included: EU, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Turkey, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon and Bahrain.

Duties not included: Brazil - the price you pay at check out will exclude import duties, you will need to pay these directly to our courier to release the items.  As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting the local authorities to find out how much the duties and taxes will be on your order.

 

We are currently not delivering in Brazil, China, Hong Kong and Russia.
